Description

Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary for improving the existing Military Family Housing Office and adding an addition to the exiting building, at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Demolition of wall areas, soffit and fascia. Installation of new interior partitions ceiling, flooring and finishes. Renovation of existing mechanical, electrical, lighting and alarm systems. Addition of 1,111 SF of new office space. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. The Magnitude of this project is between $ 500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The response date listed in this synopsis is an estimate only. The response date and time for receipt of offers will be contained in the solicitation package when it is issued. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Contractors should register when the project is synopsized.
