Description

Task Order Contract -Best Value, Multi-Task, Multi-Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract for Maintenance, Repair or Construction Services for the Arkansas Air and Army National Guard is solicited. The USP&FO for Arkansas is soliciting f or multiple year maintenance, repair and construction service contract. The main-base contract shall be for one base year and four option years. Several General Contractors and Specialty Contractors will be issued the Base Contract as a multi-award contr act and then contractors will compete/bid for the individual Task Orders. The Specialty Contractor categories are HVAC, Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Data-Communications, Paving-Concrete, landscaping and roofing. Minimum value of each Task Order shall be $2000 with a maximum of $2,000,000. Work shall be performed IAW the requirements as stated in each Task Order, which include the terms and conditions of the Basic Contract. Small Business Size: $27.5 million. This procurement shall be solicited as U nrestricted. Firms within the geographical area are preferred. Submittals are due 7 January 2002, no later than 3:00 pm at USPFO for Arkansas, Building 7102, Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199-9600. Pre-proposal conferences will be held 18 and 19 Dec in Fort Smith and Camp Robinson, North Little Rock. See page 68 of 76, Section L, for additional information of solicitation.
