- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. The solicitation may be viewed at http ://www.uspfo-mo.org. The solicitation number is DAHA23-02-T-0012. Solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. This request is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside unde r SIC code 3812. The Missouri National Guard desires a firm-fixed price contract for a quantity of 2 each Transponder Test Set Model #5-47NH or equal manufactured by Tel-Instrument Electronics Corporation. If Vendor quotes an equal, please submit specifi cations. Vendor will provide model and brand name of Transponder Set. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Should discussions be deemed necessary because of proposal deficien cy or other issues, they will be conducted either orally or in writing, only with those offerors determined to be in the competitive range. The offeror will be given the opportunity to correct those deficiencies and resubmit their offer. The Government w ill select the most technically acceptable, low cost offer. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government. Government requires a service manual with calibration procedures, a minimum of two-year warranty and training at MO AVCRAD Shop, Spr ingfield, MO, for two personnel. Please provide a breakdown in cost; that is, cost for test set, cost for service manual, and cost for training in Springfield, MO, for two personnel. Offeror will submit: (1) Technical proposal listing model and specific ations of test set; (2) Cost proposal as addressed above; (3) Past Performance, Evaluation Commercial Items FAR 52.212-2. (Submit three government references which includes company name, point of contact, and telephone number.) The following clauses appl y: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items; include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions; FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, 252-225-7001 and 252-225-7004. It is mandatory that all Vendors who quote are Central Contractor Registered (CCR).
