All NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition download" menu item on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System(DIBBS) under the heading "DSCC Corporate Contract solicitations. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 14 Dec 01, at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications,plans and drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration(base plue option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class: SEE ITEM 8 ABOVE. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
