Description

This is a Market Survey/Sources Sought Announcement. The Billings Area Indian Health Service is seeking to identify potential commercial sources capable of providing third party, private insurance, and Medicare coding and billing services onsite; and providing business office consultative services to staff on business office functions and processes (i.e., coding, documentation and reimbursement practices, re-working process flows and tasks). The services will be provided to the Crow PHS Indian Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. Potential sources are invited to submit, in writing, a capabilities statement and a minimum of three (3) references. There is no solicitation available at this time. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be issued, nor will respondents be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. Responses are required by close of business on December 21, 2001. Responses can be either submitted to the Contracting Office address indicated above, e-mailed to the address indicated below, or faxed to (406) 247-7108.
