- Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated November 28, 2001 is modified as follows: Any and all references to Design/Build are deleted. The solicitation is being issued as a firm fixed price best value procurement. The solicitation synopsis is also modified to include two options for railroad signalization and new balance blocks. Interested bidders may continue to register for this RFP through the internet site at https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All oth er information in the original synopsis is correct.
