Description

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct: manual bar screen headworks (upstream of the existing septic tank); pumping station (from the equalization basin to the SBR); single compartment sequencing batch reactor (SBR) with mixer, coarse air diffusors, decanter, programmable logic controller; effluent dosing tank; mechanical building, control/lab building, including an effluent channel for future UV disinfection, and flow splitter box; piping and wiring between plant components; approximately 1,425 LF of 12-inch HDPE pipe to transport effluent to the proposed effluent disposal field; approximately 5,700 LF of chamber effluent disposal field with curtain drain. Project completion time is estimated to be 270 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
