- The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for up to four (4) MK 45 Mod 4 Gun Mounts including shields and gun barrels, data, Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), and Provisioned Items Order (PIO) for FY02 DDG-51 Class ships. This requirement will be solicited sole source from the designer, developer, and current producer of the MK 45, United Defense, L.P., Armament Systems Div., 4800 E. River Rd., Minneapolis, MN 55421.
