Only one source, intended source Scot Inc. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), to extend terms 48 months. FOB destination, delivery 133 days ARO. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
