Sample quantity shall consist of two (2) each which will be destroyed in testing and will not be returned to the contractor. Production lot sample testing required, government testing. Delivery is 75 days for review of first article testing, and 326 days ARO for production quantity after approval of first article testing. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract (IQC), to extend terms 48 months. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
