- The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) intends to negotiate only with Celair Corporation of Norcross, GA for 126 each 2AS10-2 Cegasa Amcell batteries with options for quantities of 126 each by March 31,2002; 126 each by June 30, 2002; and 132 each by September 30, 2002; to be delivered 30 days ARO. See Notes 1 and 22.
