Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (attached below) for commercial items (commodities) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on Solicitation # F41636-02-T-0009. Faxed offers are being accepted at (210) 671-5063. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular and Defense and Defense Acquisition Circular. This procurement is unrestricted or based on full and open competition. NAICS code is 335312 and applies to this procurement. Contractor shall provide provide one (1) Caterpillar Model 3306 diesel generator unit, 250KW, 120/208 volt, and one (1) Caterpillar (Zenith) automatic transfer switch w/bypass isolation, Model CTBS 800 3P. Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.202-7004. CCR can be obtained by call 1-888-227-2423 or http://www.ccr2000.gov. All contractors must be registered in CCR database before award can be made. All interested parties may obtain copy of solicitation # F41636-02-T-0009 thru EPS. Written quotes may be faxed to Attn: Cathy Garcia at (210) 671-5063 or by email cathy.garcia@lackland.af.mil.
