Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to UniPress Software Inc. for adding the KeyTools S/MIME Toolkit to the Footprints software Package. The S/MIME toolkit is used to add email security by allowing encryption and decryption of email messages on the Footprints software. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by the date specified (12/11/01). All quotes shall include prices, FOB point, point of contact (name and telephone number), GSA Contract Number, if applicable, delivery date, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered nonresponsive. All questions must be submitted in writing.
