Description

This is a sole source procurement for 6 Blodgett Combi oven/steamers, hatchable, 440V, 60hz, model COS-5HD (double). This is the only oven approved for shipboard use per the Naval Surface Warfare Center Habitability Catalog. These items wil l be procured under commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. This will be a firm fixed pr ice type contract, FOB destination. All offerors are put on notice that in accordance with FAR 5.203(h), the solicitation wi ll have a less than 30 day response time. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which, if received in a timely manner , shall be considered by Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound. The ovens will be delivered to GSA Warehouse/Auburn Wa shington, within 60 days of award of contract. This will be a web posted solicitation at the NECO website: http://www.neco. navy.mil. The government will issue no hard copy solicitation or amendment. Telephone requests will not be honored.
