Description

To develop an electronic database of former ROTC graduates who were members of the National Society of the Scabbard and Blade through 30 November 2001 for Headquarters, Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, VA. The database will be built from over 70,000 paper files containing the names, schools and graduating year of ROTC graduates. Contractor shall submit a draft copy for final approval.
