Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to solicit on a limited competitive basis, engineering and technical services to rip-out and install submarine SUBSAFE Antenna Systems onboard U.S. Nuclear Submarines. Competition is limited to the following contractors who are SUBSAFE certified by Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command as listed on NAVSEA Notice 5000; Electric Boat Corporation, 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340; Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washinton Avenue, Newport, News VA 23607 and Oceaneering International, Inc. 804-D Industrial Ave., Chesapeake, VA 23324. Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contracts are contemplated. The period of performance is 36 months.
