Description

This is AMENDMENT 0001 to a combined synopsis/solicitation for Request for Proposal USZA22-02-R-0051, which was issued on November 26. The purpose of this amendment is to change the contract type from Requirements to Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, within the meaning of FAR Part 16. The proposal due date/time remains December 14, 2001 at 2:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted in electronic format via email to hollandm2@socom.mil (with a copy to spurlik@socom.mil). SPECIFIC CHANGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: (1) In the "CONTRACT LINE ITEMS" section, replace the first sentence with the following "There will be a maximum of three classes per year, with 30-35 students per class. The guaranteed minimum for this contract is one classs with 30 students. The maximum for the contract is 3 courses per year with 35 students per class. See FAR clauses 52.216-18 -19 and -22 for more details." (2) In the "STATEMENT OF WORK" section, the first sentence of Paragraph 1.2 is reworded to read "Each contracted year will consist of a maximum of three (3) classes." (3)In the "CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS" section, delete clause 52.216-21, Requirements. (4) In the "CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS" section, add clause 52.216-22, Indefinite Quantity. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
