- Reagents and Supplies to be provided on an as needed basis. Testing equipment, all maintenance, calibration, instrument/software upgrades, replacement/repair of defective equipment and technical assistance shall be provided at no cost to the government. Only offers providing all requested reagents, supplies and equipment will be considered. Solicitation will be available through EDI, DODBUSOPS and Army Single Face to Industry. No telephonic requests for this solicitation will be accepted.
