Original Manufacturer?s Commercial Unit Packaging is required. Repackaging is not Authorized. I/A/W 13873 QAP-251. SPEC NR MIL-D-3464E. Line Item 0001, Quantity 316 , Unit of Issue is Drum, ARO 60 Days and Destination is AQ5. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The option to increase the Quantity is 100 %. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in solicitation.
