Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601-01-T-0026, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is restricted to 100% small business set-aside. This requirement has one (1) line item: Item 0001, 8 each-Eastern Acoustic Works (EAW) speakers, Part Number KF750F. Specifications are as follows: 3-Way, Full Range Triamplified (MX8600 Processor), LF Subsystem-2x12-in Cones, Dipolar Array, Vented, 10-in Cone, Radial Phase Plug, Horn-Loaded MF Subsystem, 2-in Exit/100mm Voice Coil Compression Driver on CD Horn Coverage-35 degree (h) x 35 degree (v), trapezoidal cabinet and 2x Neutrik NL8 Speakon connectors. Brand name or equal. Delivery is required no later than 30 Days after the order is placed, please submit estimated delivery/lead time with your quotation. Quotes must be for FOB Destination and include Net 30 payment terms. Deliver to: Base Supply Officer (Bldg. 257) FE2300, 5236 Chase Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5501. Please Note: Beginning Monday, 24 September 2001, there will be NO daily commercial deliveries made to WPAFB between the hours of 0600 -- 1000 whenever Force Protection procedures require increased security and/or decreased access to the Base.
