Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award sole source contracts to state agencies for inspection of mammograph y facilities. The state agencies must have the authority and capability necessary to gain access to private commercial esta blishments in order to conduct regulatory inspections in accordance with the Mammography Quality Standards Act of 1992 (MQSA ). It is anticipated that awards will be made for 12 months with possible three (3) one (1) year options. The soliciation will be available on or about January 7, 2002, on the FedBizOpps websie at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOp ps website for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Hard copies wil be provided to individuals eligible under th e Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act upon request. SEE Note 22.
