Description

The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), 3601 S. 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85723 requires full maintenance and repair service for one (1) each Triad Spect system nuclear medicine camera, model TRIAD 88, and associated components, e.g., 35mm camera system, color printer, physician workstations, etc. The solicitation will be available approximately 12/21/01. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response, which shall be considered by the agency. Written proposals will be due approximately 1/22/02. The contract shall be for a base year with four (4) one year option renewals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219.
