Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport has a requisition for a competitive IDIQ contract for services to develop and maintain Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and training packages as follows: maintain the existing IETM for the current Engineering Development Model (EDM) version of the AN/WSQ-9(V) system; maintain the existing computer-based Self Paced Onboard Trainer (SPOT) that was developed for the EDM version of the AN/WSQ-9(V)2 system; develop new IETM(s) for the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) version of the AN/WSQ-9(V)2 system; develop training material packages for new IETM(s) to teach their usage, operation, and feedback reporting system; develop training packages for presentation and use by the fleet on the new LRIP system covering description, operation, and maintenance; and maintain the training curriculum material over the life of this contract. The authoring computer software application used to develop the Class 4 IETM for the EDM system is Advanced Integration Maintenance Support System (AIMSS). The period of performance is three (3) years. The estimated level of effort is 14,772 hours. The proposals will be evaluated on a greatest value basis. The labor categories are: Project Manager, Electrical/Electronic Engineer II, Audio-Visual Script Writer, Computer Programmer, Artist, and Word Processor II. This procurement is not a follow-on.
