Description

The work consists of clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposal of material therefrom; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This will be an unrestricted pro curement. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated, and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceding fiscal years not exceeding $27.5 million.
