See Notes 12 and 26. coupling half, quick disconnect; 4730-01-102-6067; SP0740-01-R-5409; issue date will be approximately 12/28/01 and the closing date will be approximately 01/28/02; This is a critical safety item; the acquisition is unrestricted; no data is available; estimated annual demand quantity (ADQ) is 1236 each; estimated annual value (ADV) is $136,355.52; solicitation is FOB origin; there will be various quantities shipped to various destinations with a delivery time of 129 days; This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years (base year plus 4 one year option periods). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Approved sources are Eaton Aeroquip (00624), p/n: AE83173H and Whittaker Corp.
