Description

Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is for clarification and additional information concerning Solicitation USZA95-02-T-0005. Award of a contract shall be to U.S. Citizens only and is subject to export control laws. The documents being converted to CD-ROM shall be protected at all times to prevent disclosure of contents or reconstruction. The CD-ROMs shall be marked with the following, in addition to any other labeling that is agreed between the parties: WARNING: This document or CD contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2371 et seq) or Executive Order 12470. Violation of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties.
