Description

Service for Otolarynogology, Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgical Oncology, Facial Plastic/Reconstructive and Craniofacial Surgery Services Group only. The physician group shall serve the Otolaryngology Department providing specialty care consults and services to patients of all ages. Services will be performed and reimbursed based on CMAC rates. NOTE #1 is applicable.
