Description

This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 562111. The size standard is $10.0 Million. The work requires the Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements for collection, hauling, and management of domestic biosolids at the Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA. This procurement is for a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract for a base period and four option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all labor,supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation, and management necessary to perform the work in accordance with the contract requirements. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract. The estimated availability of the solicitation will be 12 December 2001. Award will be based on price only.
