Description

This CBD announcement replaces CBD announcement number 5104X4 posted on October 11, 2001. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to contract on a sole source basis from Carleton Technologies, Inc., 10 Cobham Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127-4195 for engineering studies and investigation, technical data, integrated logistics support, engineering drawings and data, system/component improvement, testing, spare and repair parts, technical manuals, interim support materials, and provisioning technical documentation of CRU-103 Oxygen Regulators. The resulting basic ordering agreement will include a base year and two option years. Carleton Technologies, Inc. is the sole developer and manufacturer of the CRU-103 Oxygen Regulators and as such is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and technical data necessary to meet the government's requirement.
