Description

Inflatable Tube Assembly, NSN 2040-01-411-4558. Willard Marine, Inc. (58367) p/n 111-001-7MRB; Demaree Inflatable Boats (7X236) p/n RIB7H0006-0901. Qty of 12 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA in 90 days after date of award; 7 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA in 90 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 27 Dec 01 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
