Description

This solicitation is to obtain proposals from offerors to furnish U.S. made American flags in three (3) sizes and two (2) materials: 3' x 5' outdoor nylon 3' x 5' outdoor cotton 4' x 6' outdoor nylon 5' x 8' outdoor nylon 5' x 8' outdoor cotton This solicitation provides for guaranteed minimum quantities of the size and material of each of the three (3) classes of flags. Vendors' products much meet the specifications identified in the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to bid on as many classes of flags as possible, however, vendors may submit bids on just one (1) class of flags. This solicitation has a base of one (1) year with four (4) options one (1) year options that may be exercised by the House. Samples for each item bid shall be required by the close date of the offer.
