Description

The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to procure Materials, Labor and Spare parts for the Mini-Flail System. This acquisition will be sole source to Marion Metal Works, Incorporated, 4750 South Pine Ave, Ocala, FL. Marion Metal Works is the only known contractor that possesses the personnel and technical expertise required to fabricate and obtain various material for the Robotic Mini-Flail systems, currently deployed in Kosovo and Bosnia, within the required time frame. The government does not po ssess a Technical Data Package (TDP) to obtain competitive procurement. Marion Metal Works has extensive experience in the fabrication capability for system and unique spare parts for the Mini-Flail system. See Numbered Note 22.
