Description

Labor, material, equipment required for the construction of a walkway canopy at the parking garage walkway. The estimated total value is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 23320 (Size Standard $27.5). Technical questions shall be addressed to Will Woods, Project Engineer at 504-568-0811, ext. 5681. Contractual questions can be addressed to Iris Ramirez, Purchasing Agent at (504) 589-5285. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Bid packages will be available on or about 12/10/01. A limited number of bid packages will be available and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Proposals will be due by 4:00PM,COB,01/07/2002. Request for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to (504) 589-5289 or Email to iris.ramirez @ med.va.gov. Bid packages will not be faxed; faxed bids will not be accepted.
