Description

5 each Complete Protel 99 SE Board-Level PCB Design System in 32 bit Technology for windows 95/98/2000 and NT, including Schematic 99 SE, PCB 99 SE with Signal Integrity Simulation, the new simulator Sim 99 SE, PLD 99 SE and Route 99 SE. 3 each Training for Protel 99 SE products (l day), 5 each Protel 99 Maintenance agreement for 2nd ? 4th years. The only acceptable source is Altium, 17140 Bernardo Center Drive, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92128. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
