Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a Sole Source basis to Radstone Technology Corporation, 50 Tice Boulevard, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677 for a G4DSP-7400-140B4 and G4DSP-7400-1GA processor cards with accessories. The Government plans to issue a request for written quote to Radstone Technology using FAR Part 12 and Part 13. The anticipated award date is 21 Dec 2001. This action is being processed on a sole source basis due to the fact that the Radstone Technology processor card shall maintain compatibility with existent torpedo programs, ACOTDV and CBASS. These programs are currently using and designing applications for the G4DSP product. The description of the present board, G4DSP-7400-140B4 contains 4x MPC7400 Compute nodes at 400 MHz, Multi 64-bit 66-MHz PCI bus architecture, 128 MB SDRAM, 18 MB Flash and 2 MB L2 cache per compute node; 2x independent and simultaneous 64-bit 66-MHZ PMC sites, 32-bit 33-MHz PO Type-B PCI, VME64, 100BaseT, 4x RS232 ports, and 4x JTAG emulator ports; W/VxWorks boot ROM. The accessories for this card are as follows: G4P2PC-11 which is a P2 transition module with 5 row connector to provide headers for ethernet (100BaseT-RJ45), RS232 comms 1,2,3,&4 serial, for use with G4DSP-7400-140. Provides access for emulator on node A, quantity (1); G4FPPC-11 is a front panel transition module providing JTAG access for PCI bridge loop, m ethernet, VME, L2 chace, SRAM, XLINX CPLD, 4xRS232, 4xMPC7400 and includes cables, quantity (1); G4DSP-RMPIRP is a run time license, quantity (1) per G4DSP; ES5-300V which is a VME64 chassis w/PSU, 5-slot, w/5-row P1 and P2 backplane, quantity (1) each; POB1 (PO type-B connector added to slot 1 of item 5, quantity (1) each; POB2 (PO type-B connector added to slot 2 of item 5, quantity (1) each; POBP1-5D2 (PO backplane connecting PO PCI of slot 1, item 5 to PO PCI of slot 2, item 5, quantity (1) each. The second processor card is P/N G4DSP-7400-1GA and contains 4x MPC7400 compute nodes at 450 MHz, Multi 64-bit 66-MHz PCI bus architecture, 128 MB SDRAM, 18 MB Flash and 2 MB L2 cache per compute node, 2 x independent and simultaneous 64-bit 66-MHz PMC sites, 32-bit 33-MHZ PO type B PCI, VME64, 100BaseT, 4x RS232 ports and 4X JTAG emulator ports. W/VxWorks boot ROM. Includes hardware for use in conduction cooled chasis at level 1 specs, quantity (2) each. Any Company that believes it has the capability to meet the Government's minimum requirements is invited to submit a quote for Government evaluation.
