Description

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to solicit a proposal from Studio 105, 105 Princess Street, PO Box 1927, Shephardstown, West Virginia 25443 on a noncompetitive basis. The work is for marketing and sales services in support of the Federal Executive Institute and the Management Development Centers of OPM/Office of Executive Management Development (OEMD). This will be a seven-month extension to an existing contract to provide continuous coverage pending completion of a new procurement action utilizing full and open competition. The scope of this effort includes the maintenance of the OEMD website, including ongoing maintenance of database, as well as navigation and content updates three to five days per week. The scope of the effort also includes answering incoming sales phone lines, pre-processing of registration requests, pre-processing of registration requests, fulfillment of catalog request from web site, automated recording in data base of contact information for customer inquiries. The contractor will also fax and email 2-3 promotions a week and perform OEMD seminar catalog design and production management. This noncompetitive action is required to ensure continuity of services during the period required to conduct a full and open competitive action. The incumbent contractor is the only contractor currently qualified to perform the tasks in the required timeframe.=20 Any firms that believe that they can perform these services during the required time-frame should submit capability statements which clearly conveys their ability to meet our requirements to Mr. Raymond D.
