Qty 25 ea to be delivered to W45H08 Corpus Christi 150 days a fter date of award. Qty 8 ea to be delivered to W25G1U New Cumberland PA 150 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum o ption quantity for NSN: 4810-01-096-1055 option qty 33 ea. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26.
