Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to place an order against the Autometric, Inc. GSA Schedule (GS-35F-5372H), or its replacement for seven (7) Autometric contract line items; i.e., CLIN 0001 -- 1 EA Technical Support for DataMaster 25 Named User Site Support (Gold), CLIN 0002 -- 1 EA Technical Support for Web Enabled DataMaster Server, CLIN 0003 -- 1 EA Technical Support for DataMaster Server (1-10 Users), CLIN 0004 -- 1 EA Technical Support for DataMaster License (Silver) for HostID 80717aaf, CLIN 0005 -- 1 EA Technical Support for DataMaster License (Silver) for HostID 80717aaf-2, CLIN 0006 -- 1 EA Technical Support for DataMaster License (Silver) for HostID 80717aaf-3, CLIN 0007 -- 1 EA Technical Support for DataMaster License (Silver) for HostID 80717aaf-4. This synopsis is a Notice of Intent and should not be considered an RFQ. No solicitation document exists and requests for such a document will be considered an invalid response. Responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication in the CBD. If a response is made it must be in writing (Reference: 637/0007Z/02) and shall include all applicable charges and sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to satisfy the stated requirement. No telephonic quotations will be allowed. If no affirmative responses are received within the stated time frame indicating that a comparable source is more advantageous to the Government, a Delivery Order will be placed with Autometric, Inc. under the terms and conditions of the applicable GSA Schedule. No contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice, because the synopsis of intent to place an order against the schedule contract shall not be considered a soliciatation document.
