Description

GSA is announcing its intent to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contract will be a fixed price effort for POTS Color Videophone equipment in support of HQ AMC/DPFF; Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225. The requirement is for 184 stand-alone, desktop videophones. Each unit shall meet the following technical specifications: 1) System: ITU-T Standard H.324, Signaling: H.245, Channel multiplexing: H.223. 2) Video: UTI-T Standard H.263, CIF resolution: 352 X 288 pixels, Maximum frame rate (QCIF): 15fps. 3) Audio: UTI-T Standard H.723.1, full duplex, acoustic echo canceller. 4)Camera: 1/3 inch interline transfer CCD, Illumination (Minimum): 1.0 lux (20 IRE), F2.0, Horizontal field of view (Maximum): 50 degrees, Vertical field of view (Maximum): 30 degrees, Automatic exposure and white balance. 5) Display: Active Matrix TFT LCD, 4 inch diagonal, Resolution: 480 X 234 pixels, Colors: 336960. 6) Network: Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN): RJ-11, Transmission speed (Maximum): 33.6 KBPS (V34bis), Communication mode: synchronous access. 7) Power Source: 100VAC-240VAC, 19 watts (Maximum) Shipping instructions are as follows.
