Single award term contract for the period 05-01-02 to 04-30-03. Newsletters, 8-1/2 x 11", printing in black ink, plus one additional color, with the cover printing in four-color process and saddle-stitched. Anticipating 6 orders per year, for approximately 1,000 to 2,000 copies of 8, 12 or 16 pages per order. Operations include electronic prepress, film-maiking, printing, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality Level II printing is required. Copy pickup at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD. Bid opening anticipated during the month of March, 2002. Request bid invitation by letter to the address above.
