The Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Landmark Inn, located at 39 Inner Loop Road, Fort Irwin CA 92310 Anticipated Issue Date: 12/18/01. Item 1: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 1 Each. Duration: 1/7/02 through 3/21/ 02; Item 2: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 5 Each Duration: 1/14/02 through 1/20/02; Item 3: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 1 Each Duration: 1/14/02 through 3/14/02; Item 4: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 3 Each Duration: 1/14/02 through 3/21/02; Item 5: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 9 Each Duration: 1/21/02 through 3/14/02; Item 6: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 1 Each. Duration: 1/21/02 through 3/20/02; Item 7: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 3 Each. Duration: 2/4/02 through 3/8/02; Item 8: HOTEL ROOMS Quantity: 4 Each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52 .212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The award will be based on the total cost to the government, which includes Cost of Living Adjustment, room rate, cost to commute to work location at South Loop Road & Inner Loop Road, Fort Irwin CA 92130 via vehicle rental or taxi service, and time (cost per hour for employee time to commute. Offerors need to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer (regist ered in the Central Contractor registration, DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID number). The statement at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due COB 18 Dec 2001.
