Description

The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Services at Marine Reserve Center, Lynchburg, Virginia. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, labor and transportation services necessary to perform Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Services. This is a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract for a base period of one year with four one year options to extend, total duration not to exceed sixty (60). The proposed solicitation is restricted to woman owned small business. The NAICS is 235110 ($11.5 mil). The estimated range is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
