Description

The Government intends to solicit and award a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. This contract will include 83 various NSNs with maximum quantities for each year; pricing should be submitted by ranges for each of the items for each of the five years. As complete drawing packages are unavilable, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Litton Systems, Inc., 10770 Wateridge Circle, San Diego, CA 92121 as per Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source, FAR 6.302-1. Litton Systems is the actual manufacturer of this equipment however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be reviewed and considered. The US Army Communications-Electroni cs Command (CECOM) has established the Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittals of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs)from CECOM to industry.
