Description

Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for Landscaping Services at Fort Leonard Wood, Pulaski County, Missouri, and the Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA), Linn Creek, Camden County, Missouri. The period of per formance shall be for a one-year period from the date of award with a one-year option period. This acquisition will be accomplished as a Commercial Service in accordance with FAR Part 12, utilizing Commercial Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contrac ting by Negotiations. In conformance with FAR 19.502-2, this acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures with the evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation. The North American Industry Class ification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 million. This procurement will require compliance with the Service Contract Act and also the Davis Bacon Act. The Solicitation number is DABT31-02-R-0003. The approximate date for solicitation issuance is on or about 15 January 2002. The approximate closing date for the submission of offers is 15 February 2002.
