LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the Curtis Bay area of Baltimore/Glen Burnie, Maryland REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing office and specialized space consisting of a maximum of approximately 41,073 square feet of BOMA Office Area square feet and 10 parking spaces. The Government presently occupies 41,073 BOMA office area square feet of office space at 707-717 Ordnance Road, Baltimore, MD. The Government is evaluating a lease renewal option. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the current location, alterations, etc, when deciding whether it should relocate. Public Transportation is required with a minimum of regularly scheduled stops every 30 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.; every hour between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; every 30 minutes between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and every hour between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: Ordnance Road, to Route 695, to Glen Burnie Bypass, to Route 648, to Anne Arundel Expressway, returning to the point of beginning at Ordnance Road. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm term. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by April 6, 2003. Expression Of Interest Shall be submitted by December 28, 2001 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5. BOMA office area square feet and BOMA office area rate per square foot.
