POSTING MODIFIED FOR ARCHIVE DATE ONLY. NO OTHER REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 10,257 rentable square feet yielding 8,919 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Louisville, Kentucky. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Existing, proposed, or sites for new space will be considered. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in the Louisville, Kentucky area within the following delineated area: WEST: Hurstbourne Lane, SOUTH: Interstate 64, EAST: Watterson Trail, NORTH: Shelbyville Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Fifty-two (52) parking spaces are required and must be located within two blocks of the offered property. Space must be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2002. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
