Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures to "Replace Generators at Buildings #2 and #4" at the Carl Vinson Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia. Work includes replacement of the two (2) existing 250 KW generators, transfer switches and generation power panels including all conduit, conductors and terminations to and including the main emergency panels for Critical Care, Life Safety and Critical Equipment. Work shall also include the relocation of the branch circuits from the existing emergency panels to the new emergency panels. The estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This procurement is solicited subject to the availability of funds and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Number 235310 with a size standard of $27.5 Million applies to this procurement.
