Description

The Department of Energy Oak Ridge Operations Office seeks an experienced form for roads and heavy equiment maintenance service with this competitive small business set-aside procurement. The contractor will provide the necessary skilled personnel to perform services, including, but not limited to, maintenance of 1)roadways (approximately 33 miles), 2) utility line right-of-way, 3) light vehicles, and 4) heavy equipment. The contractor may be required to complete roadway construction resurfacing and minor earthwork. The work will be performed on and around DOE-owned sites in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and the DOE will provide the necessary space, utilities, equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish the work.
