Description

This notice serves as a modification to a previous notice issued 19 April 2001,in the CBDNet under submission number 50J730. Procurement is modified as follows: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issue a Letter Contract for the fabrication and delivery of seventy-two (72) each PATRIOT PAC-3 Missiles (APN 13506000) and associated ground support equipment. This action is designated as Low Rate Initial Production Phase Three (LRIP-3). Missile Four Pack deliveries shall begin approximately 26 months after award with portions of the ground equipment being delivered 13 months after award. This procurement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Missiles an d Fire Control of Dallas. See Note 22.
