The United States Department of Labor, in support of the Office of the Solicitator, has a requirement for Computer Assisted Legal Research. Services will be obtained from Westlaw Group, Inc., P.O. Box 64833, St. Paul, MN 55164-0833 and Reed Elsevier, Inc., 1150 18th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036.
